The Philadelphia Union signed forward Stas Korzeniowski to a first-team contract and acquired defender Kaiden Moore on loan Wednesday.
Korzeniowski, 22, was selected with the 53rd pick in the 2024 MLS SuperDraft. He led MLS NEXT Pro affiliate Union II with 12 goals in 25 appearances last season.
The University of Pennsylvania product is signed through the 2026 MLS season with club options for 2027 and 2028.
'Stas has earned this opportunity through his consistency, work ethic, and contributions in front of goal,' Union head coach Bradley Carnell said. 'He continued to make steady progress with Union II, and his hold-up play, physical presence, and finishing ability add depth to our attacking group.'
Moore, 18, arrives from Atlanta United FC on an intraleague loan through 2026 that includes a permanent trade option. He will report to Union II to continue his development.
'Kaiden continues to show strong potential as a composed young center back,' Union II coach Ryan Richter said. 'His ability to read the game, combined with his physical presence and commitment, make him a valuable addition to our defensive group as we look ahead to the 2026 season.'
