Dallas opened the scoring at 3:46 of the first period as Bichsel's shot from the point deflected off the Flyers' Bobby Brink and past Vladar.
Robertson doubled the Stars' lead at 11:39 of the middle period, tapping in a loose puck after Seguin lost control of it on a partial break.
Dallas took a 3-0 lead at 17:02 of the second period as Robertson turned and snapped a shot short side past the glove of Vladar.
Robertson completed the natural hat trick at 9:29 of the third period, on a power play, snapping a shot from the slot under the glove of Vladar.
The 26-year-old's sixth career hat trick extends his point streak to four games (six goals, four assists). Robertson has 14 points (six goals, eight assists) over his last eight games.
Dvorak got the Flyers on the board at 10:57 of the third, putting a backhander in for his sixth goal of the season.
